Nedging Hall Estate is a hospitality business which has grown to include Suffolk’s oldest brewery, three pubs and an exclusive-use country house.
Our Businesses
All our businesses are inextricably linked, looking after each other and serving each other
Our Sustainability
It’s a full circle at Nedging Hall Estate, leaving the environment in a better state than we found it.
The Crown thrives with our produce from the estate. We're proud to grow many of our own vegetables, fruits and herbs in our gardens at Nedging Hall. The food we serve is about using the incredible ingredients that are right on our doorstep. The venison on the menu is sourced on the estate.
The impact this work has on the customer satisfaction levels is clear – we all want to be consuming local and responsibly grown and harvested produce.
"Sustainability and our environmental impact is at the forefront of the Nedging Hall Estate mindset. From the gardening team at Nedging Hall to our kitchen team at The Bildeston Crown, every individual’s role is fundamental to achieving our vision".
“One of our favourite quotes, from Robert Swan OBE; “The greatest threat to our planet is the belief that someone else will save it.”.”
